Our heart is like a water mirror.
If the wind blows (distress), the water surface will be disturbed and the shadows will not be projected correctly.
As long as the water surface is quiet and stable, everything will be projected as it is.
It reflects what we consider to be beautiful, but it does not make the water beautiful.
It reflects what we consider to be filthy, but the water is not polluted.
It doesn't reflect the future. It doesn't stop at the past.
It simply reflects the things in front of it, leaving no trace.
It is called true cleanliness.
