［どなたでも参加可能］10/18観音護摩供法要(六角堂)

18日13時から観音護摩供法要を開催します。
六角堂において護摩を焚き、皆様のお願いごとを祈願いたします。
どなた様でも無料でご参拝いただけますので、是非お越しください。

なお、添護摩木の取り扱いを寺務所に統一することといたしました。
今後は六角堂内ではお取扱いしませんので、法要前に寺務所にてお買い求めください。

【添護摩木・木札について】
・お願い事は事前に添護摩木(一体300円)にお書き、寺務へお渡しください。僧侶が皆様の添護摩木を護摩に投じ、祈願いたします。
・護摩札(3000円〜)は法要で加持をした後、お渡しします。申込書は寺務所にございますので、1週間前までにお申込願います。当日申込の場合、お受けできないことがあります。

【本日の豆知識 ~如意輪観音~】
観音菩薩の翻訳名は観世音菩薩の他に、玄奘三蔵が新たに作った「観自在(かんじざい)菩薩」があります。
般若心経に使われており、こちらは「新訳」と呼ばれています。

We start the fire ritual, Kannon "Goma" at 1:00pm on the 18th.
Priests burn the "Soegomagi" (tha small pieces of wooden boards written wishes on then) and pray to Kannon for your fulfillments at Rokkakudo-hall.
Anyone can join for free, so please come to our temple.

[Today's bits of knowledge about Nyoirin-Kannon]
In addition to Kannon Bodhisattva, there is another translation of Kannon Bodhisattva called "Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva," which was newly created by Xuanzang.
This is used in the Heart Sutra and is called the "new translation."
