We start the fire ritual, Fudō Myōō "Goma" from 1:00pm on the 28th.
Priests burn the "Soegomagi" (the small pieces of wooden boards written wishes on then) and pray to Fudō Myōō for your fulfillments in main hall.
Anyone can join for free, so please come to our temple.
[Today's bits of knowledge about Fudō Myōō]
Buddhist statues are divided into upper and lower and left and right sections into "compassion" and "mercy," with the lower left section representing "compassion."
Therefore, it is said that the image of Fudō Myōō with his hair hanging down to the lower left represents mercy.
