On the 28th, we conduct the Fudō Myōō Goma rite from 1:00 p.m. in the main hall.
Priests burn Soegomagi, or small pieces of wooden board, on which your wishes are written, in order to pray to Fudō Myōō for the fulfillment of your wishes.
Everyone is welcome to join the rite, so please come to our temple.
[Today’s bits of knowledge about Fudō Myōō]
Fudō Myōō's hairstyle (called bent hair) was to tie up his hair, which curls backwards due to anger, so that it would not interfere with his relief efforts.
